Most venues were built for something else. This one was made exactly for events, workshops and retreats on the fringe of society’s norms.
It is sex positive and body positive, and everyone is welcome. You can teach here in safety, and the people who come to you can attend in safety. Consent sits at the centre of all of it.
Four ways to take the house.

- Every space, the pool, the field and the gardens, for your group alone.
There is no hourly hire. A half day is the shortest booking.

What comes with it.
- Catering from our kitchen, or bring your own.
- On-site accommodation for up to two facilitators.
- Participants stay off site, as there is no guest accommodation.
- No public price list. Every quote is built around your dates, your group and the spaces you need.
